§ 65.433. The Preliminary Review Process for Minor Plat Applications.

Minor Plats. Minor plats shall follow the same application requirements and review process as a Major plat except that a Final plat as described in Section 3F herein shall be submitted simultaneously with the application for Minor plat review. City Council review shall be in accordance with Section 3F.
