§ 65.440. Purpose of Final Plat Review.

The purpose of Final plat review is to determine whether the Final plat conforms with the Preliminary Subdivision in the case of Major subdivisions, to ensure that the Final plat complies with State law and City Code, and to prepare the Final plat for approval and recording. Minor plats shall be subject to preliminary review upon submission of the Final plat.
