§ 65.441. Submittal.

  • To submit a Final plat, the applicant shall provide multiple copies, as required by the City, of the following materials to the Office of Permitting Services:

    (A)

    Copies of the Final plat executed by the Owner(s) and Mortgagee(s);

    (B)

    A current title opinion or Certificate of Title in accordance with Florida Statutes within ninety (90) days of the Final plat submittal;

    (C)

    Properly executed Joinder and Consent forms if applicable;

    (D)

    Any other item required by Chapter 177 of the Florida Statutes; and

    (E)

    Construction drawings of publicly dedicated improvements, including, but not limited to sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and roadway construction. Construction drawings shall conform to the plat and any conditions that may have been imposed during the preliminary approval process under section 65.432 herein.

    Phased Developments. In the case of an approved phasing plan, Final plats may be submitted in phases.
