§ 65.445. Vacating a Recorded Plat.

A plat may be vacated upon submittal of an application and approval of a resolution by City Council. The application shall be reviewed in the same manner set forth in section 65.432 as applicable. In addition, the vacating of all or any part of a plat shall be done in the manner provided by law, and will result in the property returning to acreage.
