§ 65.518. Post-Demolition Condition of Vacant Land.

Certificates of appearance approval for the post-demolition condition of vacant land may require the following improvements:

a.

Sodding, seeding, and other appropriate landscaping.

b.

The removal of visible foundations, pavement, utility structures, and other remnants of the demolished buildings.

c.

Fencing or screening of the vacant side, or the removal or prohibition of fencing and screening depending on the context of the site and surrounding land uses.

d.

Maintenance of the existing facade or the installation and maintenance of faux facades where the demolished building would create a missing component of an otherwise continuous street-wall.
