§ 65.523. Permit Review and Approval.

The Zoning Official shall review the application; following review, the Zoning Official may:
(a)

Determine that the site of the community residential home is in accordance with local zoning. If the site is approved, the sponsoring agency may establish the home at the site selected.

(b)

Fail to respond within 60 days. If the City of Orlando fails to respond within such time, the sponsoring agency may establish the home at the site selected.

Except as provided herein, applications for Certificate of Separation shall be approved, provided the site applied for meets the provisions of this Section and the Florida Statutes, as from time to time amended; and the regulations and rules adopted and in force thereunder.
