§ 65.540. Purpose of Installation and Maintenance Requirements.

The requirements of this Part are intended to provide standards and procedures for the installation and maintenance of improvements where required by this Code. These requirements are intended to ensure that all improvements will be installed in a timely and efficient manner to protect the public health, safety and welfare, and that, where improvements will be retained in private ownership, they will be maintained permanently in accordance with the requirements of this Code.
