§ 65.551. Submittal of Construction Drawings.

Following the approval of a Major Subdivision Plat, the applicant shall submit Subdivision Construction Drawings for the required improvements in the subdivision to the City Engineer. The Construction Drawings shall conform to the requirements of the appropriate City departments and shall be submitted in the number of copies specified by the City Engineer. No Construction Drawings shall be deemed accepted for processing and review unless they are complete.

Simultaneous Final Plat Application. The applicant may apply for Final Plat approval simultaneously with submittal of Construction Drawings.
