§ 65.553. Effect of Subdivision Construction Drawings Approval.

Approval of Subdivision Construction Drawings shall give the applicant authority to submit a Final Subdivision Plat application, if not previously submitted with the Subdivision Construction Drawings. Approval shall not authorize recording of the Plat nor constitute the acceptance of any land or improvements proposed to be dedicated to the City. Approval shall not authorize the developer to begin site preparation or installation of improvements.
