§ 65.590. Permit Required for Development on Lake Bottom.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hereafter erect, deposit, fix, dredge material
from the bottom, fill or in anywise use the bottom of any lake within the City, or
cause the same to be done by or through any person, agent or otherwise, or to erect,
construct, alter, repair or maintain any structure upon any such lake bottom, without
first obtaining a Dredge and Fill Permit from the City Engineer; except, that a permit
for dock construction shall also be obtained from the City Building Official after
approval by the City Engineer and the Zoning Official.
