§ 65.600. General Requirements.

An Engineering Permit shall be required in accordance with this Part prior to the commencement of any of the activities described herein. Such permit shall be required in addition to any other permit(s) which may be required by this Chapter or the City Code.

Plans and Specifications. The construction, reconstruction, installation, alterations, repairs or any kind of work done under this Chapter must be in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City Engineer and the Transportation Engineer, if required.
