§ 65.601. Construction on Public Property, Including Driveway Approaches.

All persons desiring to construct, reconstruct, install or repair a driveway, sidewalk, pavement, utility pipe, or line or other structure, in, on, under, or over a public street, sidewalk or parkway, or to lower, raise or change a curb within the corporate limits of the City shall first apply for an Engineering Permit at the office of the City Engineer and obtain the approval of the City Engineer and the Transportation Engineer.

Fee Required. The fee paid for such permit shall be established by City Council Resolution.
