Prior to the issuance of any Building or Construction Permit, any person who erects
a building or uses the streets or alleys for placing lamps, sidewalks, driveways,
curbs, curb cuts, private entry on the public street, or other improvements, whether
under contract or agreement with the City or otherwise, must obtain from the City
Engineer and the Transportation Engineer an Engineering Permit and the proper street
alignment and grade, and must conform to the street alignment and grade given.
Fee Required.
The fee paid for such permit shall be established by City Council Resolution.
