§ 65.605. Swimming Pool Construction.

All persons desiring to construct, reconstruct, repair, alter or grade any swimming pool, other than portable above-ground pools, shall first obtain an Engineering Permit from the City Engineer.

The City Engineer shall review the plans and perform site inspections.

Fee Required. The fee paid for such permit shall be established by City Council Resolution.
