§ 65.818. Notice to Applicant.
Written notice shall be made to the applicant in reference to each application after a recommendation or final decision has been made. Each written notice shall include reasons for the decision and recommendations for changes to the proposed improvement project that will make it a qualifying improvement.
The notice of approval shall indicate to the applicant that the Orange County Property Appraiser will be instructed by the Historic Preservation Officer to provide the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Exemption upon proper submission of a recorded copy of the Historic Preservation Exemption Covenant.
