§ 1. Loch Haven.

Latest version.

The real property, known as Loch Haven Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "O," pages 107 and 108, and Loch Haven Replat, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "Q" page 9, all of the public records of Orange County, Florida, and owned by the City of Orlando, is hereby removed from the jurisdiction of the Orlando Park Commission and is declared to be held by said City without any restrictions or limitations in its corporate capacity.
