§ 46. Same—Injunction.

In addition to the penalties hereinabove authorized and provided, said City of Orlando or any person residing in the said one mile radius may enforce the provisions of this statute and the said rules and regulations of the City of Orlando, relating to plumbing, plumbers, gas fitters, drainage and sanitation, by proceedings for injunction in a court of competent jurisdiction.
