§ 54-1. Railroad Crossings—Power to Impose Safety Regulations for Protection of Public.

The City of Orlando, Florida, by ordinance of its governing body, is authorized to make and impose upon pedestrians, motorists, railroad companies, operators and persons in control of locomotives and other equipment using tracks and rails within the City of Orlando, all such regulations and safety requirements as the governing body of said City may deem reasonably needful for the protection of the public at railroad crossings of public streets within the corporate limits of the City of Orlando.
