§ 64. City Property Outside Corporate Limits—Authority to Enact and Enforce Ordinances for Protection of.

  • The City Council of the City of Orlando shall have the power to pass and enforce ordinances provided regulations and penalties for the protection, preservation and care of any and all property owned, leased or controlled by said City located and situated outside the corporate limits of said City.
