§ 26. Repeal of Omitted Ordinances.
Latest version.
Upon the adoption of said resolution, or at a time fixed therein, all ordinances of general application theretofore existing shall be repealed, except to the extent that they are continued in force by said revision, saving and excepting all rights of property that may have become vested under prior ordinances; provided that no prosecution for any offense against, or pending legal proceeding arising under, said prior ordinances shall be abated, affected or extinguished by said revision, except as therein specifically provided.
