§ 27. Ordinances not Repealed.

Latest version.

No resolution or ordinance relating to specific persons or corporations, or to specific areas within said City, or opening or vacating streets or alleys, or granting franchises, or zoning for particular uses of the regulations concerning the same, or providing for specific bond issues or sinking funds therefor, shall be repealed by said revision, or resolution adopting the same, unless so expressly stated, or the entire substance of such preceding ordinance shall be completely revised.
