§ 27-1. Validation of Code and Ordinances and Resolutions Adopted to and Including April 29, 1957.

Latest version.

All ordinances and laws of the City of Orlando, as compiled in the Code of the City of Orlando adopted by resolution of the City Council of said City January 16, 1957, and effective February 1, 1957, and all ordinances adopted by the said City Council after July 11, 1956, to and including the effective date of this act, be and the same are hereby validated, ratified and confirmed. The provisions set forth in Section 3 of the resolution dated January 16, 1957, adopting said Code of the City of Orlando, providing that certain acts and deeds, ordinances, regulations, agreements, resolutions, pertaining to certain matters not included in said Code shall not be repealed by said resolution, be and the same are hereby validated, ratified and confirmed.
