§ 35. Fiscal and Budget Year.

The fiscal year of the City of Orlando, Florida shall begin at 12:01 A.M., October 1, and expire at midnight September 30 of the following year.

Section 2 of the act from which this section is derived provided for an election prior to the taking effect of this section. An election was held and the act was approved by the voters.
