§ 37. Same—Cooperative Purchasing.

The City of Orlando is hereby authorized to participate in, sponsor, conduct, or administer a cooperative purchasing agreement with other governmental agencies for the procurement of any materials, supplies, services, or other items when such cooperative purchasing will be in the best interests of the City.
