§ 17. Bond Trustees; When Appointed.

Whenever any election is held in the City of Orlando to authorize the issuance of bonds for and on behalf of said City, and said election shall result in favor of the issuance of said bonds, the Mayor shall appoint three residents of the City of Orlando, who are freeholders, to be and constitute the bond trustees of the City of Orlando. Such appointment shall be confirmed by the City Council.
