§ 16. Property Benefited Liable for Payment of Cost.

The several lots, tracts and parcels of land against which said above mentioned assessments* have been so levied shall severally be holden for the payment of the same, with all the penalties and with all the rights and remedies specified in the present or preceding charters of the City of Orlando.
