§ 20. Assessments Validated.

Latest version.

All assessments and liens made and levied for paving, sewer, sidewalk and other improvements, and all assessment rolls of the City of Orlando, Florida, made since the incorporation of the said City, and all acts and proceedings of the said City, its officers and agents, relative to the assessment of paving, sewer, sidewalk and street improvement liens, and all other liens, are hereby in all respects legalized, ratified, validated and confirmed, and any and all such assessments and liens shall constitute valid and legal liens against the property assessed, and the same shall not be set aside or invalidated for any error, defect, informality or omission, which shall not amount to a want of due process of law under the Constitution of the State or under the Constitution of the United States.
