§ 21. Joinder in Foreclosure Suits.

  • The City of Orlando, Florida, in the foreclosure of any paving, sewer, sidewalk or other local improvement liens, may include in one suit, any or all of said several liens against one owner of different lots, tracts, pieces and parcels of land, and combine the several liens on lots, tracts, pieces and parcels of land of one owner, or joint owners, in the same suit, and may likewise include in the one suit all parties interested in the several tracts or parcels of land, and the final decree shall decree the amount on each separate tract or parcel severally, including attorney's fees, if the statute under which such foreclosure is had authorizes the recovery of attorney's fees, and made proper decree for the sale of the parcels separately, or, as to the court may appear proper.
