§ 24. School Property Subject to Special Assessments.

Hereafter, in making public improvements, all real property owned by the said district or districts, and located within said City, shall be subject to special assessments, based upon benefits conferred, and for taxes levied pursuant thereto, to the same extent and in the same manner, and with the same right of the said trustees to be heard to object thereto, as is other real property in said City, or the owners thereof.
