§ 25. Sale of School Property Prohibited; Enforcement of Assessments.

No property owned by said district or districts shall be sold for non-payment of special assessments or taxes levied pursuant thereto, but all rights of the City of Orlando hereunder shall be enforceable by mandamus or injunction, in the event that duties arising under this Act shall not be performed by the said trustees or other public officers in proper season.
