§ 2. Orlando Loch Haven Park Created.

  • The area located in the City of Orlando and now owned by the City of Orlando, and described as all of Blocks 7, 8, Lot 9 of Block 9 and blocks 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 of Loch Haven and Loch Haven Replat according to plats recorded in Plat Book O, page 107, and Plat Book Q, page 9, public records of Orange County, Florida, together with the area designated as "Park" east of Mills Street, and the area designated as "Park" between Rollins Avenue and Lake Estelle as shown on the plats of said subdivisions together with any and all other property in said Loch Haven and Loch Haven Replat now owned by the City of Orlando be and the same is hereby dedicated and designated as "Orlando Loch Haven Park." The said "Orlando Loch Haven Park" hereinabove particularly described shall not be used, occupied or disposed of for any purpose other than a public purpose as specifically defined in section one of this Act, provided, however, that nothing in this Act shall be construed to prevent the government of the City of Orlando from maintaining its underground sanitary sewer system in the above area or its essential pumping stations in connection therewith.
