§ 3. Orlando Loch Haven Park Board Created.

The City Council of the City of Orlando is hereby authorized to create a Board to be known as Orlando Loch Haven Park Board. Said Board shall consist of not more than fifteen (15) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by the City Council. The terms, powers and duties of said Board shall be fixed by Ordinance; provided, however, that said Board shall not be authorized to obligate the taxing power of the City of Orlando, nor shall it sell, lease, encumber, or otherwise dispose of all or any part of said Orlando Loch Haven Park without the approval of the City Council or for any purpose inconsistent with the terms and provision of this Act.
