§ 8. Authority of City and County to Enter into Agreements Generally.

The City of Orlando and the County of Orange, acting by and through its board of commissioners, are hereby authorized to enter into agreements for the construction and improvement of roads, highways and highway structures and including acquisition of necessary rights-of-way therefor, within the corporate limits of said City whether the same be state roads, county roads or City streets.
