§ 9. Expenditures of Municipal Public Funds.

The City of Orlando is authorized to expend municipal public funds to defray all or any part of the cost of construction or improvement of roads, highways and highway structures, and including cost of acquisition of rights-of-way within said City whether the same be state or county roads or City streets.
