§ 1. Authority to Erect, Equip and Maintain; Renting or Leasing.

The City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida, is hereby authorized to erect, acquire, furnish, equip, operate and maintain a building suitable as an administration and office building for the use of the city and its various departments, and to purchase a site therefor. To the extent that a part of said building is not presently needed for the use of the city and its departments, such part may be rented or leased to the State of Florida or to other entities and individuals.
