§ 10. Covenants and Agreements.

The City of Orlando is authorized to enter into such covenants and agreements with respect to its use of said building as it may deem advisable, and to agree to occupy and pay for such parts of said building as it may deem advisable. The city may also covenant and agree to carry occupancy insurance and the cost of such insurance shall be considered a part of the expense of operating the building.
