§ 14. Certificates to Contain Recital that they have been Issued under Authority of Act; Presumption as to Legality.

The certificates of indebtedness issued hereunder shall contain a recital that they have been issued under authority of this Act, and all certificates of indebtedness containing such recital and executed and delivered shall be conclusively presumed to have been authorized in full compliance with this Act and to be legal and binding obligations of the City of Orlando in accordance with the terms hereof.
