§ 27.04. Same—Renting.

No person, whether as owner or agent of a house, room, booth, shelter or other place, or any tenant or lessee thereof, shall rent, lease or subrent or sublease the same to any person, knowing that such premises is intended for a use in violation of Section 27.02 of this Code.
