§ 27.05. Same—Evidence.

If any implement, device, apparatus or paraphernalia commonly used in games of chance in gambling houses or by gamblers is found in any house, room, booth, shelter or other place, it shall be prima facie evidence that such premises is kept or maintained for the purpose of gambling and is prohibited by Section 27.02 of this Code.
