§ 27.06. Setting Up or Playing Other Games of Chance.

No person shall set up, promote or play at any game of chance by lot or with dice, cards, numbers, hazards or any other gambling devices whatsoever for, or for the disposal of money, property or thing of value, under the pretext of a sale, gift or delivery thereof, or of any right, share or interest therein.
