§ 2.17. Duties Generally.

The City Prosecutor shall represent the City in the prosecution for violations of the City Code, shall represent the City in appeals taken from such prosecutions, and shall be authorized to act in the capacity of an Assistant City Attorney as provided in Section 2.15 of this Code.
