§ 2.228. Establishment of Emergency Medical Transport Rates.

By resolution or other action of City Council, City Council may establish uniform rates, charges, and fees for the provision of emergency ground medical transport services and services related thereto. Such charges and fees may be amended or modified at any time by City Council as it deems appropriate in the best interest of the City by resolution or other action of City Council.
