§ 31A.15. Advertising Restrictions.

It shall be unlawful for any permittee or any interested party thereof to exhibit, place, publish or distribute or cause to be exhibited, placed, published, or distributed any advertising matter or signage that would reasonably suggest to prospective patrons that any service is available other than those services posted as required under section 31A.12 hereof, or that employees or other persons performing commercial contact at the establishment are dressed in any manner other than the dress as required under section 31A.14 hereof.
