§ 65.530. Purpose.

This Part, containing Sections 65.531 through 65.536 shall be known as the Downtown DRI Procedures, and it is the intent of this Part to give effect to the policies of the Downtown DRI (hereinafter called the "DDRI") as approved by the City of Orlando, the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council and the State of Florida.
