§ 65.531. Individual Development Approval Requirement.

Any development within the Central Business District (as defined in Exhibit "A" to the Development Order of the DDRI) must obtain Individual Development Approval as set forth herein. Applications for Individual Development Approval shall be made to the Planning Official or his designee prior to or concurrent with an application for a Building Permit or Certificate of Occupancy, whichever is first required.

For purposes of this Part, "development" shall be defined as in Florida Statutes § 380.04, with the exception of those activities described in Florida Statutes § 380.04(2)(c), (d), (f) and (g), alterations or expansions within individual hotel rooms or residential units, and additions or changes in either landscaping, signage or purely aesthetic features.
