§ 65.532. Application for Individual Development Approval.

Each application for Individual Development Approval shall contain, at a minimum, the following information on a form provided by the Planning and Development Department (hereinafter called the "Department"):
1.

Name and address of owner and applicant.

2.

Legal description of development site.

3.

Existing legal use of site delineating square footage by use category.

4.

Proposed use of site delineating square footage by use category.
