§ 31. Same—Sums Heretofore Expended Validated.

Latest version.

All sums heretofore expended by said City under authority of its said City Council for or to employees or dependents of deceased employees for the payment of pensions not otherwise provided for by an established pension program at the time of such payments are hereby validated and approved as proper expenditures of public funds.
