§ 11. Agreements and Deposits with County.

The City of Orlando is authorized to enter into agreements with the County of Orange for the purpose of accomplishing the construction or improvement of roads, highways and highway structures within said City and acquisition of rights-of-way therefor and to deposit with said county and through the agency of said county to deposit with the state road department of the State of Florida municipal funds to provide for the construction or improvement of such roads, highways and highway structures, and, rights-of-way acquisition.
